I am really over the moon and honoured to be invited to speak in London at TEDx this year. The speaker line-up looks amazing, so I will be in good company. Now the hard work begins.

I will tell the story of some of the amazing museum visualisation projects that I have been fortunate enough to have been involved with over the last decade, exploring mummies, meteorites and more, and how they have enabled scientists to make new discoveries and also share them with the visiting public so they can explore these findings for themselves.

Congratulations to ESA and Rosetta on a beautiful rendezvous with comet 67P. My first thought is: Will it scan? Would make a nice subject for Inside Explorer table ;-)

I was recently invited to speak at the TTI Vanguard NEXT Conference in London on the work that we are doing with museums and virtual autopsy tables.

TTI Vanguard are a membership based future looking group, comprising CTOs and Heads of R&D for Fortune 200 companies including Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Accenture, Rolls Royce etc. Members are listed here.

Activities included speaking to the group on the first day, demonstrating on a mobile table throughout the event and hosting the group on a field tour to the British Musuem on the last day for a private viewing of the Ancient Lives New Discoveries mummy exhibition and a visit to the virtual autopsy table based on Inside Explorer in the newly opened Early Egypt gallery at the British Museum. This follows widely reported work with the museum on the visualisation of Gebelein Man A (or Ginger as many know him), a 5,500 year old natural mummy.
